Description

This comfy fabric is 4000 years old. The saree is made from a natural fibre that has been derived from the flax plant and is one of the most admired fabrics today in the world because of its comforting effect.

This fabric is light, airy, breezy and absolutely comfortable. Linen sarees are made from the fibres of the flax plant. It’s one of the most breathable fabrics which makes it a favourite amongst the Indian diaspora.

Linen sarees are known for their light and soft fabric. It’s the breezy fabric that makes it a favourite during hot summers. It’s perfect for the summer season as it is sweat absorbent and also skin-friendly. It’s one of the most superior types of fabric in comparison to other types of fabric.

Generally, higher the thread count, softer will be the fabric, and more likely it will be wearable or become softer over time. An average linen Saree is counted between 60 to 80 counts & till 120. So the thread count is an indication of only the texture of the linen Saree.

As you might already know, linen is made from the fibers of the flax plant & there are more than one factor that determines the quality & the price of linen Saree .

Linen is known as the world’s strongest natural fiber and is far more durable than cotton. The strength of the fiber directly contributes to the strength of the fabric the garment is made of. Thus, linen clothing is very long-lasting.

The texture of the material and lightweight feature of this saree makes it easy to carry, and for the wearer to have as much convenience in movement as possible. Today, Linen is a popular Indian saree fabric because of its breathable texture and durable nature. It is also extremely lightweight and can be washed easily.

One would truly look elegant in this beautiful saree. This gorgeous fabric is sweat absorbent and hence keep you cool even in the scorching heat. It’s extremely strong which makes it of great quality.

Today, these sarees are admired by most women in India because of their smart qualities. Unlike cotton, linen is a bit thicker and the fabric is durable and stronger than the sarees.

Maintenance
It is easy to maintain these beautiful sarees. One can machine wash these sarees or the sarees can also be dry cleaned. With every wash, the linen sarees become softer. Avoid washing the linen sarees with other dark coloured clothes.

One can Iron these sarees to remove the harsh creases. Linen sarees do tend to easily crumple, ironing them can remove the creases. Avoid stretching and squeezing the sarees as this can hamper the material of the saree. Always store the sarees in a saree bag and keep them away from extreme temperatures.

Shipping
Once the order is placed, it takes 5 to 7 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then 4 to 5 business days for it to get delivered.

– So, the estimated time would be 10 to 15 working days. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
